- Richard BExcellent pizza. Nay, mother*bleep* excellent pizza. I only regret I can't give 6/5 stars. Seaside is lucky. Details:. On vacation, passing through town. Tired of seafood, off keto, looking to scratch an itch for pizza. Looking at all the local unappetizing abominations: looking at you especially Pizza Harbor. You call that pizza? Out of the mist, a beautiful pizza appeared on google maps. I ordered immediately: 1 topping, Capocollo His dough is symphonic. There at least 3 different textures. The bottom is perfectly leopard with a solid crisp for foundation. This swiftly transitions into a pillowy, chewy layer that provides a little addictive tug to each bite. The cornicione is very airy with a very crisp crunch. I would bet that his dough is a wet one and fermented for 2-7 days vs the typical ~8 hours due to these qualities. A lot of work is going into this. I didn't get a look at his oven but I bet it be running proper hot to impart that duality of crisp and chewy...
- Tiffany HPizza is really delicious and worth the effort it takes to get your hands on. He is a one man show and is crazy busy...don’t bet on an online order (even if you think it went through) or him picking up the phone or even being open when his signs say he should be. You know it’s good when people still have love for this pizza despite all that. Your best bet is to drive over and be willing to wait up to an hour for the best pizza on the Oregon coast!
- Wade DI enjoy a good pie and ice tried a few places as I've come to seaside. This is by far the best place I've found. From crust to ingredients to sauce. You can tell a lot of care goes into each pie. I will definitely make this a go to each time my family and I visit seaside. For those complaining about his hours or lack of ingredients.... Go to a chain restaurant. The guy running this joint is running it solo. And what he does he does damn well. Will see ya when we hit seaside next time.
